The SX™-5 Santiam® HD 27–55×80 mm is designed and assembled in the United States by Leupold using advanced waterproof and fog-proof technologies. State-of-the-art internal gas filling and sealing methods allow the optics to withstand extreme temperatures and altitude changes, keeping internal components dry and crystal clear throughout the product’s service life.
The professional-grade optical system provides exceptional light transmission and outstanding durability thanks to DiamondCoat 2 protective lens coating. Fully multi-coated lenses ensure high contrast and accurate color reproduction, while calcium fluoride lenses deliver exceptional resolution across the entire magnification range.
