Telescopic mast 4 m

Telescopic mast with a 4 m working height for raising antennas and communication system components. Supplied in the base configuration.

The design is telescopic: four sections nest into one another, the mast extends to a working height of 4 m and collapses back to a folded length of 1.2 m. This transport length allows the mast to be carried in a car boot or in a truck bed together with the rest of the equipment. At 7 kg it is the lightest item in the range, and one person can carry and set it up. It is intended for short antenna lifts where greater height is not required and speed of relocation matters more.

Return conditions for goods of improper quality

Goods of improper quality have defects that make their use for the intended purpose impossible. The buyer has the right to return/exchange received goods of improper quality if they received:

- goods that have already been used and have a non-marketable appearance;

- goods with a defect;

- goods with an incomplete set;

- goods with damage (chips, scratches, stains, etc.).

Procedure for returning goods:

Call us and inform about your intention to return the paid item;
Provide the declaration number of the sent parcel and the bank card number for the refund;
After receiving the goods, within two business days we return your money or send another item

Conditions for shipping payment during return:

When returning goods and sending new goods to the buyer, shipping is paid by the buyer. In this case, the shipment of new goods is carried out only after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
When refunding money, in case of non-payment for the return shipping by the buyer, the shipping amount is deducted from the refund.
If the item does not match the description due to the seller's fault, shipping both ways is paid by the seller.
