📝 Walker’s Razor Kryptek Active Earmuffs
Walker’s Razor Kryptek Active Earmuffs are designed for active suppression of dynamic sounds such as firearm gunshots. The model combines electronic hearing protection with amplification of environmental sounds, allowing the user to maintain situational awareness while having reliable protection from impulse noise. The new ergonomic headband design and controls relocated to the lower part of the frame provide convenient access to adjustments even while wearing gloves and during active movement.
Two omnidirectional Hi Gain microphones amplify quiet sounds and low frequencies, delivering natural clarity of speech, commands, footsteps, and ambient noises. The active dynamic suppression system instantly reacts to impulse sounds, reducing them to a safe level without harsh cutoffs or distortion. The composite sound-insulating ear cup housing additionally reduces passive noise penetration, while the folding design makes transportation easier.
🫡 We are a team of veterans
We use hearing protection of this class during live-fire training, exercises, and instructor work. Walker’s Razor are comfortable for long sessions: the headband does not create excessive pressure, the ear cups do not interfere with weapon stock placement, and the ambient sound amplification allows clear hearing of commands and movement around. For ranges and training environments, this is an optimal balance between hearing protection and environmental control.

💬 Comment
Walker’s Razor Kryptek represent a classic shooting model with electronic sound amplification and fast response to gunshots. They are simple to operate, feature a durable construction, and are well suited for regular training, range shooting, and work in noisy environments without losing awareness of surroundings.
🎯 Suitable for
Military personnel — range training, shooting drills, and unit exercises where it is critical to hear commands while maintaining constant hearing protection.
Instructors — managing firing lines, working with groups, and conducting training in noisy environments without removing hearing protection.
Sport shooters — intensive practice and competitions in indoor and outdoor ranges where ambient sound amplification and rapid system response are required.
Hunters — field conditions where awareness of the environment, animal movement, and hunting partners is necessary along with protection from loud gunshots.
Workers in noisy environments — operating tools, machinery, and equipment where impulse noise is present and communication is required.
