The CRC 1U098-MIL is a short CNC-machined handguard made from hardened aluminum alloy with a quick-detach upper cover and M-LOK interface, designed to modernize PK and PKM machine guns. The design allows users to retain the original factory bipod while expanding the functionality of the weapon through mounting options for vertical grips, bipods, lights, and aiming modules.
The handguard features M-LOK interfaces at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions, along with additional 45-degree M-LOK slots on the lower section. This layout allows ergonomic installation of vertical grips and other accessories, improving weapon control during operation.
