4. If the item is free of defects, but the factory packaging is opened or damaged.

Which goods are subject to exchange or return:

1. goods for which there is a postal service receipt

2. goods in original packaging with preserved tags and labels that have not been used

Return conditions for goods of improper quality

Goods of improper quality have defects that make their use for the intended purpose impossible. The buyer has the right to return/exchange received goods of improper quality if they received:

- goods that have already been used and have a non-marketable appearance;

- goods with a defect;

- goods with an incomplete set;

- goods with damage (chips, scratches, stains, etc.).

Procedure for returning goods:

1. Call us and inform about your intention to return the paid item;

2. Provide the declaration number of the sent parcel and the bank card number for the refund;

3. After receiving the goods, within two business days we return your money or send another item

Conditions for shipping payment during return:

1. When returning goods and sending new goods to the buyer, shipping is paid by the buyer. In this case, the shipment of new goods is carried out only after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

2. When refunding money, in case of non-payment for the return shipping by the buyer, the shipping amount is deducted from the refund.

3. If the item does not match the description due to the seller's fault, shipping both ways is paid by the seller.

Exchange and return of goods is carried out via Nova Poshta:

• Refunds are made after receiving the goods.
• Refunds are made to the card
• Refunds are processed within 2 days from the moment the seller receives the parcel at the Nova Poshta branch.
